Mr. and Mrs. Fondungallah have supplied me with the needed legal documentation so that we can make the offer.

When you either attain a mortgage, purchase or sell your home with my team we will donate $300 to the Cameroon school of your choice. Should we handle both sides of the (buyer & seller) real estate transaction for you we will donate $600 to the Cameroon school of your choice. The donation will be in your name, for you to use as your tax deduction. This will not add any cost to you, it will be our gift to help the Cameroon schools.
